The meeting point, except for other communications, is at our headquarter located in Parco l'Ombrellone, Via Provinciale 3 N° 9 - 18024 Ponti di Pornassio (IM) - participants must reach the meeting place by their own means.
What we provide
Please remember that to take part in the proposed activities, you must be up to date with the membership fee for the current year.
The M&N amateur sports association provides each person with a wetsuit and neoprene shoes, a helmet, a life jacket, a harness and shoes.
Participants must bring a swimsuit and towel.

COURSES
Every year, M&N Movimento e Natura, in collaboration with the AIC (Italian canyoning association), organizes 1st or 2nd level canyoning courses.
The 1st level courses last 5 days.
The 2nd level courses last 6 days.
The courses are taught by SNC instructors
